procrastination = introversion + hands + feet

October 21st, 2007 by jen

Holy crap, Oakville is boring. Maybe I’m just not getting out enough, maybe I need to meet more people… but serious. Its reading week, and everyone is gone or working on projects. Granted, I should probably be working on the slew of assignments I need to be getting done, but procrastination is my thing. Its what I do. This place sure as hell doesn’t make that easy, though.

Which is why I’m forced to waste time putting up links and making posties. My current favorite is the one about caring for introverts. Its possibly biased a little in favor of introverts, but Mr Rauch pretty much sums up most of what I’ve not been telling people for years, only more eloquently. If you know some one you suspect of being an introvert, do both of you a favor and have a read.

But I digress. Look! Hands and feet!

I always tend to sketch light, so they didn’t scan too well. Also: I love that I can do that with my thumb.

character design: round 1

October 11th, 2007 by jen

a character design done for class, based off of something in my sketch book. Oh, how I hate drawing hands… those miserable little paws. And faces too. Rotations also.

the original picture from my sketch book. the idea of a small child and a large wrench seem like a good idea in my head.
